After week one I wasn’t sure this was the place for me. By the middle of week two, I was wholly confident that SILA was exactly where I needed to be. The staff really care. The bond with the other men in recovery is unmatched. The opportunity to heal and rebuild a life is possible at SI. If you’re considering the program, check out some of the free YouTube videos and drop in groups, or make a call to ask questions and learn about the program.

I don't know where I would be today without SI... especially their free online support groups and webinars. When you love someone with compulsive sexual behavior, the isolation, pain, and confusion can be all encompassing. Dr Rob and his team somehow balance hope and realistic expectations, and brutal honesty with empathy. Thrust onto a path in life I never wanted, expected or saw coming, the expert guidance they provide is a lighthouse in a hurricane.

The SILA house, the staff and Dr Weiss are the best in this field! My 3 week stay helped me with validating who I am as a man of integrity, and understanding the cycle of addiction and how to break it! It also helped me connecting with my wife, helping her heal, and a new found love for community. They also have an awesome support and aftercare plan after leaving the SILA house! Oh!, just know that Dr Weiss and his staff are loving but they will call you out on your denial and will guide you through working through it. The men in the SILA house who live with you 24/7 while there in treatment are what makes the SILA experience worthwhile! The opposite of addiction is community—SILA offers this!

Seeking Integrity is not for everyone. If you don’t want to face your issues and just want to be coddled and pitied, you need to go somewhere else. Recovery work is hard, and despite their best efforts, no staff at any treatment center can make you do the work if you refuse to do it. Dr. Rob, Dr. David, and the staff work tirelessly to reach every client. Sometimes their methods are gentle and nurturing and sometimes what they do feels like soul surgery without anesthesia. It all depends on what is needed to get the client on a path toward recovery. As has been said in other reviews, Dr. Rob does share his experiences as an addict and does not shy away from his own character defects; this is strength, not self-indulgence. By showing how he holds himself accountable without shame he teaches the addicts that they can do the same. It was hard to face the fact that I alone decided to inflict the pain of betrayal on my loved ones but coming to terms with it has been essential in my sobriety and recovery. This was not easy for me or any of the other men who were in treatment with me. I hated Dr. Rob right up to the point that I took responsibility for my own actions, then I started to love him. If you are on the fence about going to Seeking Integrity, take a look at all the webinars and services they provide for free on their website. I don’t know of any other treatment center that offers so much without any requirement to pay them. If you do decide to enter treatment at Seeking Integrity I think you will find that they offer one of the most affordable programs available.

Dr. Rob Weiss is a narcissist and is unethical to his clients. Rob is harsh, cold, self centered and ultimately greedy. All he cares about is the money, not the patient. Read any Yelp review about him. After knowing someone close to me who went to his facility, and reading other comments about Rob, those comments all align with the same experiences the person I know had. Rob, you're not helping any of your clients, you're hurting them. I can't believe the feedback I've heard about you, Rob, it's incredibly unethical. You're leaving behind a shaky wake buddy.
