I started physio at Lifemark a few months ago and was not sure what to expect. I have been an amputee for 5 years and have daily struggles that I wanted to work on and overcome some challenges. My experience has been great and I keep learning every session. My quality of life is improving slowly and I am grateful for the services provided!

After being rear ended, my shoulder was injured. I had been going to a different clinic and physiotherapist for the last 8 months and not getting anymore range, mobility, strength or feeling any less pain. I decided it was time for a second opinion and I found Anand and Lifemark and within our first meeting he gave me breathing and strengthening exercises that actually made a difference that SAME DAY!! We have had a total of 4 appointments over the last month and I feel an improvement in strength, pain, mobility and range. I can't believe how different this experience is. I continually asked at the old clinic to be taken to the gym to make sure I am exercising and strengthening it correctly and in 60 appointments not once was I taken and shown the proper movements to rebuild strength and mobility, Anand took me to the gym my first appointment and every appointment since. My old clinic I saw the physiotherapist for a max of 10 minutes then was put on heat and a vibrating shocking machine. Anand sees me for 30 minutes and we spend the whole time in the gym showing me how to challenge and strengthen my shoulder safely. He offers hands on treatment and heat if needed as well. I have had an AMAZING experience and im so thankful for everything Anand has shown me so far and my only negative is that I didn't find Anand sooner. If you are looking for a physiotherapist who's goal is your recovery and getting you back to feeling and moving at 100%, he's your guy.
