Wow! Dr.dustin is amazing! Not only is he kind, and a good listener, he’s also amazing at his job. He takes time to calm the muscles before he adjusts with a gentle massage. My favourite part is his neck stretcher, he has two machines in the back of his building in which you sit, and it gently stretches your neck. The other machine is a lower back one that gently stretches your lower back. I have been getting chiropractic treatment for 24 years, and I have seen many chiropractors. Dr. Dustin is at the top of the list. For sure the best chiropractor in Sherwood park. Don’t hesitate, just give it a try, and you won’t regret it.

The staff and physiotherapist Mr.Patel are exceptionally knowledgeable and caring, taking the time to perform a meticulous and detailed assessment. They never rush and consistently go above and beyond to ensure their patients receive the highest quality care. Their professionalism and dedication to patient well-being are truly commendable. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and will confidently recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

I started seeing Mandy Meghan Conyers Smith about six months ago as my eating habits and nutrition were all over the place. Mandy has been a huge help and slowly I’m making better decisions regarding my health. Mandy is approachable and non-judgmental, as are the women who greet me at reception; the entire visit is warm and comfortable and I will continue my visits to Refresh Health and Wellness.

Damion is a great massage therapist; welcoming and very professional, perfect pressure, caring towards her patients, even good at keeping a conversation flowing. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist!

I was very reluctant to get a Massage. After a couple of sessions the temporary relief I got from the Neck and shoulder pain Makes me wanna come again.Damini has been great and does a good job.Yesterday was extremely cold -22 and my neck and shoulder pain was bad, after the massage I felt a huge difference.Over all i was very reluctant with Chiro,Massage and acupunture but the crew here have been great.Physiotherapist is excellent.Every session Has been helping to reduce my pain. Thanks very much !!
