This is the best practice you will find. From the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out you feel taken care of. Dr. Grosberg is a seasoned professional and I think he can feel if I am in pain, he always knows what to do and how to help. The dental assistants, Evie and Melissa always are supportive and do a great job with even the most petrified patient. They constantly reassured, communicated and comforted me throughout any procedure (even the long ones). I cannot thank them enough for always doing what is in my best interest and caring about my health (dental and otherwise). These are really good people.
As a healthcare provider myself, I hate to review another healthcare provider. But, I'm left with no choice. This review definitely not represent the skills of Dr. Grosberg, but, it is to his staff, If you are considering to schedule an appointment, emergencies are given a PRIORITY. I had some dental emergency, I was told I have an impacted wisdom teeth and need it removed and I was advised to see Dr. Goldman for the surgery by Dr. Grosberg. It would have been great, if I was just given the referral and asked me to make myown appointments, but the front desk jumped in to schedule an appointment which was 2 weeks after. I was given a referral date with a scheduled appointment time and said they will forward my radiograph to the surgeon and I need not worry about anything. Finally the day came in, where I walked into the surgeons office and I was told the appointment was never made, there are no records of radiograph or examination forwarded to the surgeon and I have to wait for another 2 weeks if I want to see the surgeon. Here I'm in the middle of switching jobs, having to wait another 3 months for my benefits (dental insurance) to kick in. When I called the office regarding the situation, I was told by the person answering the call, that she is not the one that made this appointment so she can not be blamed. As much as I love supporting local family owned businesses, this by far the worst I have ever experienced. I'm certainly taking my business ELSEWHERE that care for the patients than insurance $$$
Good dental service, however the customer service skills were very poor when I was there. When Mrs Grosberg was at the front desk, she communicated why the delay in seeing the dentist. On my last visit, she was not there, I waited 45 mins, did not see the dentist, and no one advised the reason. I told them I had to leave. No one called back to reschedule, no one called back to apologize for having me wait. Needless to say, that was my last visit there. One of the assistants were very rude, and spoke very negative of my employer, I reported it, coworkers I referred, also left because the assistant did the same thing to them, even after I left. She referred to my job as working at the plantation.
My family and I have visited various dental care providers, but we have not experienced like what we have here. Both staff and dentists warmly welcome and carefully treat you; you’ll be in safe hands.
One issue is that you’ll find it difficult to get some flexible appointments, but it’s worth your time.
