The office personnel are always very helpful and friendly. They answer the phone promptly. Dr. Haddy spends her time with you and answers all of your questions. She doesn’t act rushed. She genuinely tries to help you and explains everything well.

I found Dr. Haddy to be kind, friendly and lovely. She put me at ease right away. I was a little worried about how I was doing with my diet as a patient with Kidney disease. And her assurance that I was doing very well was such an encouraging thing. And really made my day. My sister drove me that day and she allowed Sandra to be in the exam room and spoke to both of us. I told my sister that I felt like giving Dr. Haddy a hug. Her staff was helpful and friendly as well. My first visit ever to a nephrologist and I was very impressed. She had looked at my blood work and went back to previous reports to compare before she came in to talk to me. She asked questions and listened to me. I never felt rushed and she explained everything to me and answered every question. I really liked her and also the staff was very friendly. Thankfully I am okay but if I ever need to see a nephrologist again she will be who I request.

Julie is a great doctor. I highly recommend her she's smart thorough and very friendly. I'm very blessed to have her as my doctor.
