Your drivers leave their shuttle buses idling in front of the main entrance of the hospital creating nasty fumes in the air and making it harder to breath while waiting on my ride outside the main entrance. You should also get them uniforms or some sort of dress code as they all dress like drug dealers or gangsters. I'm pretty sure the vape too while their buses idle/if not smoke as well. Please fix these issues as it look bad on your "medical company".
I am a participant here at the RMG Adult Day Health Center and receive multiple other services, ranging from medical services to behavioral health, I must say that this group is amazing in more ways than one from providing transportation to and from appointments to picking up medications and providing meals while attending the center to taking participants to various outings throughout the year and doing various activities. The RMG group has become a true blessing and a family outside of my own family and provided some much needed help, words truly can't explain all they do or express all the gratitude I have for all that they've done in the past few months that I've been getting services here. I'm so happy to have found a place I truly feel comfortable with that treats me like family and meets my needs all in one with staff that is attentive to all of us participants that come here and welcome each and every person that walk through that door with open arms. Thanks RMG I look forward to many more positive moments and memories with you all of your wonderful staff.
The only good experience i have had with this location is the secretary julie. They are very incompetent and non caring. I just moved to the state and was looking for a primary care doctor for a spicing issue. (Breast lump) i basically had to make sure they had sent the right forms to the hospital after many calls to the "nurse practitioner" in that office with no response back. Called many times and had to physically go there to make sure they faxed tge right forms, even the hospital was confused as to why they couldn't figure it out. Now i have been calling for my biopsy results and no call back for 7 days now. I am worried sick at home in the mean time they want me to wait till my next appointment. I would like to know if i have breast cancer now not when it's convenient for them. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE.
I am fascinated by the RMG Program, the Participants are happy to arrive every day and participate in all the Activities, especially in the billiards and dominoes tournaments. I invite you to visit us.
This is my best place that I have found. For me to relax my memory, find friends to my friendship who love me, love me and caress me and hug me!! And they give me their hand!!
