Well staffed, clean facilities, pleasant customer service. Parking is limited

There lab is much more efficient than Leeds VA. Get free transportation than you don't have to deal with parking. Location can be bad . But service is good.

The VA as an organization is terrible. The providers and staff at this location are good but unfortunately do not make up for the hellscape people experience when trying to obtain care.

Very slow service here, so bad that they run out of available parking from the lines their slow service creates. If you must go here, always give it lots of extra time, even for something that should be quick.
