Very unprofessional staff there over worked and burnt out. Certain people get away with cutting coners. People are not very nice to others or the clients. The place itself looks beautiful but the employees lack a moral compass. Do your homework before u trust this place. Unprofessional behavior no code of ethics.

Absolutely worst place ever, I'd given them zero stars but I needed to comment. The owners are never there with our loved ones they sit outside in the heat, soiled for hours and hours my husband was rancid and 6 times darker when I came to visit him, i take him little things from home to remind him of us and I go in to see another patient with his personal things. They do not show the least bit of concern for our family and it’s extreme hurtful to see his condition worsen under care. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

I usually have a nice visit with my loved one this time I was shocked to see them baking in the Sun asleep unaware they had cooked skin 3 shades darker. We were told they would build a over hang so that doesn't happen again. We will see. Overall I am pleased with this facility. The facility said they would fix this issue . during the summer of 2022 A new screen cover overhang for the cottage was erected. The residences are now outside under the shade. They came through as discussed. Problem solved

The clients are great..there are staff that are unprofessional..i dont think the owner is involved as much as she used to be there are NO cameras..so some staff members arent so nice behind closed doors
