Wheaton Eye Clinic of St. Charles

I am seeing Dr. McIntyre for my strabismus and while he’s a pediatric surgeon he’s so attentive and great at handling me with adult gloves, answering my questions before I ask them. He is so kind. This office is also very clean and high tech (no air puffs in the eyes). I’ve always been taken back by nurses in a timely manner for initial screening to be transferred to doc. I truly feel like everyone here has my best interests in mind.

This review pertains only to the phone reception area. Just spent ten minutes trying to reschedule a post-surgical appointment, bouncing between various scheduling departments to end up in a voicemail whose greeting states it will be up to 24 hours before I receive a return call.

Dr.McIntyre was so nice! St. Charles office got my teen an emergency visit with in hours the same day. My teen was afraid of the procedure but Dr and staff reassured her it was simple and pain free. Got in and out in a jiffy!

I visited this office due to some blurriness in my right eye and this was the office they could get me in the fastest to be seen. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I saw Dr. Setlur. He was knowledgeable about my situation and advised me my issue was caused by some recent steroid use. My eyes should return to normal in a few months. He wanted a follow up visit in 2 months to make sure things are getting better. Thank you for your help to make sure it wasn’t more serious. The office always seems busy but manages to run like a well oiled machine. Staff is always friendly and cordial. Dr Kron-Gray is very nice and knowledgeable while offering choices instead of pushing for one option.
