My husband and I have been using Stafford Primary Care as our family physicians for approximately 10 years. During this time we have seen a couple of different doctors there due to staffing changes. What has never changed is the warmth and kindness that the office staff has always shown to us, no matter how busy they are. This is significant because they are always absolutely slammed. This is a testament to how wonderful this practice is.
Currently, we are seeing ZACHARY GETZ who is a family nurse practitioner. He is in high demand for good reason! The care that we have received is attentive and thorough, but he also listens!
It’s hard to find someone who does all of these things.
I’d also like to mention Heidi the nurse and Terry at the front desk. There are many other people who are absolutely wonderful there, but these two names stood out in my brain as people who have gone out of their way to help us on so many occasions. I have some complex health issues that have extended beyond a family healthcare practice, but they have coordinated them for me on so many times.
We have doctors in our area that would be a lot closer for us, but we are happy to drive the distance to see them. We are so grateful to have found them.

ZACHARY HAS HELPED ME SO MUCH SPECIALLY WITH MY DIABETES....HEIDI IS AN AWESOME PERSON BETWEEN ZACHARY AND HEIDI THEY BOTH SAVED MY LIFE DUE TO DIABETES..HEIDI IS ONE HELL OF A PERSON WHEN SHE'S ON A TRAIL SHE GETS WHAT SHE NEEDS N SHE GOES THAT EXTRA MILE N DOES WHAT SHE CAN FOR THE PATIENTS...DEBBIE THE CHECK IN NURSE IS AMAZING N VERY FRIENDLY...TERRY IS A VERY NICE PERSON SHE'S THE FRONT DESK LADY ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS N IF SHE DOESN'T KNOW WICH IS VERY SELDOM SHE'LL FIND OUT FOR YOU!!! I'VE BEEN WITH STAFFORD PRIMARY/URGENT CARE FOR OVER 5 YEARS N I'VE GOTTA SAY THEY ARE THE BEST DRS I'VE HAD
My expectations for a doctor's office are pretty modest, but Stafford Primary failed to meet even those and I recommend that you look elsewhere if you have options. The office is surprisingly dirty for a medical facility - the waiting rooms and exam room were dusty and grimy. The admin staff also failed to send my lab order to the lab which took multiple phone calls to resolve. It was frustrating to waste time on multiple trips for something so avoidable, and they never bothered following up with me when the results were received.
Stafford Primary Care is excellent! Dr. Schultz has been my primary doctor for years. The ladies at the front desk always make me feel welcome and his nurse is wonderful! Excellent care, excellent service. Highly recommend!
