Immediate Care Center

We go here when we are having urgent issues and the regular doctor is not available. My family has had good experiences every time we have had to go. The staff is always friendly and they go as fast as they can. I also like that you can make appointments ahead of time, even same day, and skip the walk in line.

Made an appt at 745 for my son - confirmed it. Showed up on time and they had locked the door the janitor had to bang on the door for us as well. The woman at the front working said we still have patients but we’re closed ? They close at 8pm. Said we can go to the er or wait until tomorrow. The only reason we did this was because firefly was closed. Will only take my kids there moving forward. Do not go here if you have an actual emergency ..

This place is horrendous. I live right across the street so I have been a handful of times. This most recent visit I was in the room for 1 hour and 45 minutes - spoke to nurses and doctors for maybe 10 mins of that time. At one point, they forgot about me and I had to walk out to show them that I was still in there. Bathroom looked like it had been sprayed with urine. I have left feeling good about the service maybe 2/5 times so that’s why I rate it a 2.

I'm writing this because I had a very good experience and worry that only people who are unhappy write reviews. At 11:30am on a Tuesday I went on the website and made an appointment for 1pm that same day for my mother for wound care. We arrived and were immediately checked in by a friendly receptionist. My mom was moved into a room within 5 minutes. A nurse and Physician Assistant separately reviewed my mom's condition and provided the care she needed. Everyone was kind and professional. We were finished within one hour and happy with everything. The parking lot can be very full but that's my only concern.

Front desk was fast and efficient and I was put in a room right away. I then waited for over 25min for the dr to come in who rushed through examining me and listened to my lungs with a glove over his stethoscope and through the thick sweater I was wearing. Barely checked me and ordered a flu swab. I then waited another 1/2 hr for the flu swab and an additional 25min for the results. Dr finally returned and I was told negative and if I continue to feel the way I do go to the ER. Terrible but they won’t forget to charge me hundreds of dollars for the visit! NEVER AGAIN!
