Things have really gone downhill here. I've been going for 8+ years! For the last 4 years, I've scheduled 2-3 hour appointments (check-in to check-out!), but still end up waiting at least an hour in a freezing cold room. 🥶 The staff are lovely though! 🥰 Dr. Mel and the team actually listen, which is rare! 👂 That's why I bring a book and fully charged phone. 🎧 Without the long waits, it'd be 4.5 stars! ✨ #Appointment #WaitingRoom #Doctor #Patience #Healthcare #TimeManagement #Frustration #Support

Don’t go here if you need a vaccine for work. A nightmare. They say “oh come back next week- there’s no one here today to give vaccines” only to come back next week to have to wait and then finally be told “they don’t carry that vaccine”. My vaccine order expires today and I could have requested another location had I know this last week when I came. Why be a part of the providers giving the vaccines if you don’t carry the vaccines? Get your name off the list of providers that vaccinate please! What a waste of time.
