Performance Integrated Health

I was recently in an accident and needed some help with my injuries. I found this place and it was a one stop shop. They have physio, chiropractors, RMTs etc. The lady I think Christie was phenomenal in explaining how my coverages work with ICBC and advised me of all my options. My first session was with Dr. Flatt a chiropractor and he was so patient and kind in helping me. I will continue seeing him but already feel a lot better. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. One of the best experiences I have ever had when dealing with such a traumatic accident.

I've been going here for a few years for both physio and massage to help with chronic back problems. Karrar is the best Physical Therapist - he's extremely kind, knowledgeable and caring. He helped me through months of recovery from a herniated disc - probably one of the most painful things I've experienced - with so much encouragement, support and extremely useful techniques. Each session was tailored to what I could manage and focused on both my current symptoms and long term recovery. I couldn't say enough good things about Karrar. Performance Integrated is also a really nice facility, with friendly staff. They process payment through work benefit plans for you, which is helpful.

Great clinic! Clean, spacious, checking in and out was quick and was able to easily book follow up sessions. Their website is also super user friendly. Chris was awesome. Great technique, professional and loved the background playlist compilation.

I’ve tried about 10 different RMTs in the area and by far Aman is the best. He makes you feel very comfortable while you’re there. I’ve gone to him for prenatal massage and for regular and both are amazing. I always walk out feeling better and rarely need to see chiro anymore.

I do not recommend this place. It looks nice when you walk in, but the RMT was late, ended early, and talked throughout most of the appointment. Did not help any of my aches. Plus, no one was at the front desk when leaving. Just a very different type of place than all of the other RMT offices I have ever been to, and I have been to many.
