Vladimir Efimoff was fantastic, after the massage was the best my back has felt in months, I've had much better mobility, significantly less pain/soreness/stiffness that been lasting relief for a couple of days and counting, only very very minor bruising on my traps/shoulders if you can even call it that. I recommend scheduling your appointment so you can go home and take a nap after.

I’m incredibly UNHAPPY with my experience with Joshua. I’ve been in pain in the past few days before my appointment and was actually starting to feel better when I went to see him. He REFUSED to listen to my issue and I actually had to repeat where my pain was THREE times before he listened. I told him my injury was on my right shoulder and he kept working on my left. When he did start working on where I was feeling pain, he again REFUSED to listen when I kept telling him he put too much pressure during the massage. Aside from telling him about FOUR times that he’s being too rough, I was also raising my head up and audibly saying “ow” during the massage and he still did not get the hint. It came to a point where his fingernails were digging into my skin. I left that appointment feeling like I wasted time and money on that massage. I will not be booking with this therapist again.

I really had a pleasant experience with Jackie. I am familiar with acupuncture and this was one of the best treatment I had. She was professional and kind to follow up how I feel during the session and made sure I was comfortable. I am going to visit again.

I had Vladimir as my massage therapist, it is my second time seeing him. He does a great job working with you for injuries. It can be a painful/uncomfortable session but it’s worth it for the relief afterwards. I highly recommend Vladimir.
