These people are crooks! Paid $70/100 and still had a balance of $50? Then the secretary became extremely defensive and raised her voice at me rather than doing her job and answering my questions.Not all the counselors are real counselors. Some are former probation officers and don't have a psychology degree. And they get serious about their money! They don't play when it comes to money.The state should really hire a more qualified group of people to do this work because to them, it's just a job. They don't actually care about helping people.
Dropped off an employee for a 12:30 appointment, was told 1 hour meeting. Get a text from him at 1:45 meeting still going, counselor showed up late. If anyone else shows up late they get kicked out of program. Do as I say not as I do type of counseling.
Just came to pick up my certificate .. the phones don’t stop ringing the lady at the front desk sees the phone ring and she just picks it up to hang up .. so if your like me and spending your time calling well don’t even bother

6 years agoI go here for domestic violence and batterers class and they're the only group that's helped me opened up and see that I'm not alone, thank you!!!
