    Worst dentist I have ever been to. I got a crown on my front tooth last year, at the time no one disclosed to me that I only had 30 days to get a refund or something done to fix the tooth. The assistant at the time told me my crown would either be too dark or too light. I payed $900 on my credit card, money that I didn’t have to get this tooth fixed. It needed to be done and I thought this would be the most affordable place to go since they claim they are “income based”. The color match is horrible and now I can’t even get a partial refund. These are the worst people I have ever worked with. My current dentist has even said the color match is awful. I will now be paying $800 at my new dentist who is AMAZING to fix PALM RIVERS mistakes.

    Hello The M.A Jenifer (Jenny) that works with Sandi lamb is a very sweet honest well hard working person , I love that clinic so much because she’s there . There needs to be more people like her well educated well professional. She deserve an amazing award.

    The M.A Jenny(Jenifer) that works with Sandi lamb such a very hard working person I never miss my appointment with her just because of how wonderful she is . She takes her job very serious and you can see her passion she deserve an amazing award and I’m so happy I choose suncoast Palm river thanks to Sandi lamb and Jenifer tapia .

    The woman working at the front desk of dental is a rude person, disrespectful and unprofessional. I went on a dental emergency appointment this was the second appointment that was given to me since 3 weeks before it was made emergency and they told me they would attend me today, and the day before the appointment was confirmed. When I arrived the woman at the front desk made me the normal questions and asked me to sit down. When there were five minutes left until my appointment she told me that the doctor couldn’t see me because he wasn’t there, then told me the closest appointment was in April, when utility was an emergency. This is very unprofessional

    Went on OCTOBER 29 2024. After the evaluation, I was told the referral would be sent to the Endodontist. It is DECEMBER 6! The Endodontist still has yet to receive it. Everytime I called Alex tells me the lady, Gabriella, that does referrals, only does them on Tuesdays. IF, be IF the phone is ever answered they pick up & hang up. I can't even get to a supervisor. What now? Even if your life depended on it... I would not recommend this place.
