Select Physical Therapy – South Dale Mabry

I am a runner, I love to workout and have had PT for injuries for years over 20 years. Select Physical Therapy on S. Dale Mabry is the only place I will have physical therapy again. The therapists understand your goals and work with you to attain them. I always leave Select Physical Therapy knowing my therapist has done everything possible to help me meet my goals.I had an amazing experience 2 years ago when I had total knee replacement of my left knee. Matthew was my therapist and his was awesome.I had total knee replacement of my right knee 4 weeks ago and began physical therapy with Ellen Hulse PT a couple weeks ago. My experience with Ellen has been just as amazing has my prior experience at Select Physical Therapy.

I highly recommend Matthew (Matt) Weyland, my physical therapist who worked with me for 3 months following my broken foot! He is not only very knowledgeable and skilled, but he is an all around great human being who actually listens to his patients and cares about their progress. He does a fine job of managing the staff and facilities at the Select Physical Therapy located on South Dale Mabry in Tampa. Matt's amenable personality and kindness enable him to build rapport with his staff and patients alike, and my recommendation is without reservation for his services. I also would like to shout out Bree, who works the front desk, for her bubbly personality and persistence in assisting me with navigating the process and communication with my physician's office. She goes above and beyond to get things done! Last, but not least, I also saw Hannah a few times and she is also a very good physical therapist who knows what she is doing. She helped me a lot when Matt was out of the office. If you need physical therapy, this branch of Select Physical Therapy in Tampa is the place to go!

What a great place to go for therapy! Matt who is the clinic manager has assembled a talented and skilled group of clinicians who provide excellent care. Matt has been my main PT and from day one, I could see improvement in the strength of my knee. I appreciate his expert guidance and treatment in getting me back to doing the activities I love. The whole crew at SDM is wonderful. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. And Lydia, Hannah, Ellen, Chris and the OT gang are all dedicated to helping their patients achieve their goals.

I had a complete shoulder replacement and was directed to Select Physical S Dale Mabry. I have had 3 knee surgeries, back and elbow surgery so I know PT. This group was by far the best, most professional and more fun than any other group I have been to. Starting with my PT Lydia Ware. She is awesome and truly cares about her patients. Her knowledge and attention to detail made my experience. The rest of the team, Hannah and Chris headed by Matt are all great Therapist. I credit Matt for building such a good team and creating a place where you want to go to for getting yourself back to normal. I hope I don’t have to have more PT but if I do I’m coming to you guys.

The facilities have all the equipment needed for both issues (neck and hip) that required physical therapy. Lydia Ware has been my therapist for both issues, and she is a paragon of competency and professionalism.
