a week agoEvery time I’ve tried to book an appointment there I had some issue. The staff that does the booking are really rude, they made an error when I tried to book my wife, and finally when I tried to book my self since the guy remembered me he just didn’t hide being rude.I literally just decided to switch where I get my teeth cleaned now because I can’t schedule an appointment without some type of drama. Just incredibly poor experience there.

2 weeks agoPicking a reliable clinic/provider in healthcare is difficult so I hope the details below are helpful. I’ve only had a positive experience here from the clinic, dental office as well as the pharmacy. The customer service is great and so are the doctors as well as the nurses, hygienists and assistants. During multiple of my visits over several months, I was treated kindly, with patience and understanding. The interaction were genuine and friendly. I’ve also witnessed that being the case for other patients around me, which speaks volumes. I’ve seen this experience translate even with language barriers, the effort to understand each other was really nice to witness. My doctors and the nurses are knowledgeable and really supportive. I’ve gotten quick to timely responses on the patient portal whenever I reached out with questions. The responses were also more informative and helpful than I expected, which I deeply appreciate. I’ve had to learn the hard way about how the perception of providers directly affects the quality of care provided. It’s made me become hyper vigilant than I’d like/should have to be. It’s also why I’ve become a really good advocate for myself and others (still more than anyone should have to be for healthcare). It’s unfortunate our identities determine the kind of care we receive. However, I’ve noticed I don’t have to do all that extra mental work here. I can just do my part and be as involved as I’d like, which is comforting. I think the diversity of the staff in addition to all the other great qualities I mentioned plays a huge part. It adds invaluable perspective that can only come from experience. Everything becomes more accessible that way. Thank you for all you do for your patients :)

2 months agoThe customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. I didn’t get her name but her voice sounded African and her service is top notch 👌🏽👌🏽. My husband was in a rough spot having trouble getting an appointment and she made him feel very welcomed and he came home crying because no one ever made him feel that way

4 months agoThe Healthpoint services is nothing but a joke. It’s very hard to get someone on the phone, if you do get someone on the phone, they have an attitude, if you go to one of their appointments, their front desk people have an attitude as well, or they’re laughing and giggling, while people are waiting to be serviced, And there’s always never-ending excuse of why you can’t get seen or that they can’t give you an appointment for whatever reason because you’re not an established patient. God forbid you just wanna update a couple of shots and then they give you the runaround that they don’t give vaccines to first-time patients even though I had been going there for a long time. You can’t have a gap and getting services because then they won’t give you an appointment. It’s just never ending. They’re supposed to be helping the community by providing low-cost Services and they can’t do that. It is almost impossible to get any decent healthcare in the low cost health care in the area and this place is definitely not helping. If you’re reading this, I recommend going to Seamar where at least they have some empathy and actually want to help. A while ago, I had tried to make an appointment as well for my daughter who needed a physical for school. They had told me that she hadn’t been in in three years, even though I had just taken her for her well child to check up the year before. I don’t know if they have charting issues, don’t know how to do their job, or simply not even, charting the appointments, but after going there for 10 years, I’ve had enough of their constant lack of attention. I don’t even suggest going to any other location because the other locations are just as bad if not, not worse.

2 months agoEdit: Overall my experience has been better since my last review and I think can say now that my experience here has been positive mostly. Over the phone I think still needs improvement over long wait period but not has bad as before so good job overall.April 2022 Old review 2/5I do appreciate the help I've received so far working with the Staff and Dr. Leah GriffithSo far I don't like the call center being on hold for a long time with every call I made and I'm considering moving to a different patient because of it. Please fix.
