    My husband and I have been attending Family Together for over 2 years to take care of our oral health with Dr. Karina and we are very grateful to her for her magnificent work, her dedication and commitment to her patients, we simply adore her. I also want to thank Lesly, every time we go for an appointment she attends to us with kindness and good treatment towards us, she always has a smile and is willing to help us.God bless you for your commitment to help.     I love the doctors. They are amazing with making sure we are receiving the best care. Only thing you need to work on is service before getting an appointment to see the doctor. I called today at opening time. It's almost 12 and haven't gotten the appointment I need for my child. How ridiculous this is. Some one answered and said because of high volume calls, I was going to be called back to make the appointment. What is going on?It's almost 3pm and haven't received a call back seriously. I call and the call gets disconnected. How am I supposed to get an appointment with my doctor. Seriously work on you answering and scheduling system.

    The staff here is really friendly but unfortunately they need a lot of training. I been coming to this clinic for the past 5-7 years and for the most part they been really helpful. Unfortunately some of the staff here doesn’t not care about the patients, yesterday (1/11/25) I came here for some blood work. I was one of the first appointments of the day, when I arrived to the clinic it didn’t not take long for them to take me inside one of the rooms (#7 to be exact), the nurse came and checked on me then filled out my chart then left. After 20 minutes the doctor came in and checked on me then he left as well. After that I was left in the room for 2 hours because it seems like the doctor forgot to place the red flag stating I was ready for blood work. I’m those 2 hours no one bothered on checking on me. After 1 hour I went and checked in the front office and I told the girl I glasee that I think they had forgotten about me in the room and she only said to me " someone will be with you shortly" and get waiting for another hour no one came to see me. Let not mention that they were more worried about finding an iPhone charger than the patient that has been there for over an hour. After then second hour I went back to the front desk and told her that none has checked on me. Then all she said was "go and check with the girls in the back" she couldn’t even assist with a simple task, I could tell on her face that me asking her for that bothered her. After I went all the way to the back where they do the blood work they just told me to seat down and they took my blood. No one bothered to apologize or anything.I really hope the GM reads this so she can do something about it as this is not that first time that happens to be and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person that has experienced this.

    This place is HORRIBLE at customer service. You call the number and then get transferred and transferred again and again until they transfer you back to the automated system where you have to start over again. They Do NOT know how to notate their system after a call. They don’t know how to handle customers in any way shape or form. I have encountered HORRIBLE customer service over and over again and I’m sick of it. I got a voicemail to call back to schedule and appointment and they have no knowledge of what the call was about smh… They either need to train properly or find another job. The Dr’s are great. No complaints, but the girls in the front office handling the phone lines and the customers are lacking too many things to mention. Not only are they rude, but also lacking knowledge of how to do their jobs. I can’t believe I have to drive over to the actual office just to make an appointment because they don’t know what to do. This is ridiculous and it’s an inconvenience. It’s frustrating and I hope some things change because it’s beyond ridiculous

    The only thing good about families together is my primary care outside of that scheduling an appointment for optometry only to find out you're not getting the appointment you were scheduling and then having to wait an hour just to find out there's still more people ahead of you makes no sense. It seems they overbook so they can get an extra penny at the expense of all of our time as if our time doesn't matter. Why have set appointments if you can't keep them why tell us to come in 15 minutes early if you're going to keep us over an hour anyway I might as well come an hour late and still be seen......... Cherry on top the dentistry department calls say before an appointment to tell me provider won't be there and next available is not until 2 months away. What a pathetic establishment and way to run healthcare if I could rate this establishment lower I would. I recommend switching insurance if you wish to be taken care of as families together is absolutely horrible out side of my primary
