Shell is the most amazing place to be if you’re interested in going higher in life. The level of vulnerability, openness and truth in these meetings are unmatched. I’ve found new hope, buddies and overall joy by attending the meetings here. So thankful this place exists!!

Absolutely never thought therapy was for me until I started talking with Seano. He literally brought things out of me that I never thought possible and helped me to see a whole new life for myself. Honestly, I think everyone needs his coaching! His experience, great care and downright brilliance brought so much peace to my life! He offers many different ways for people to help themselves— so there’s something for everyone. If I knew how Shell would change my life, I would’ve done this long ago!!!
