I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff Rose Cintron at this office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and professionalism. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. She were also helpful in answering my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear they truly care about providing excellent service to their patients. Highly recommend!
Dr. Brown was great! She seen me in a timely manner. She had a very bubbly personality. I feel as though she loves her job. She explained my paperwork for me and got me copies. Set up my next appointment and all. If I leave a review I had a really good experience or a really bad one so this speaks volumes. Keep up the great work Dr. Brown.
Dr. Joseph Cipriano, as usual, was a pleasure and absolutely amazing. He is thorough, actually listens to me, and truly cares about my concerns. He is pleasant, humorous when appropriate, and truly cares about PEOPLE!! I wish we had 100 more just like him. A+++

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Tonya at the front desk, who listened carefully as I explained the reason for my visit. Without hesitation, she made sure I was seen right away. In that vulnerable moment, she embraced me while I cried, offering a warmth and comfort that immediately made me feel safe.Soon after, the manager, Miss Angie, came to sit with me, offering her kind presence until I was seen. She worked quickly to arrange a last-minute appointment, and her genuine care made all the difference in the world. And then, there was Nurse Becky, who took such gentle and attentive care of me, never rushing but always offering the reassurance I needed.These incredible women reminded me of what healthcare should truly be about: empathy, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making patients feel heard and cared for. I will forever be grateful to Tonya, Angie, and Becky for making me feel seen, safe, and deeply comfortable during what could have been a very difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I see Sharon Brown all the time. She is amazing! She really listens and gives great feedback about what things could be,and she always follows up with getting it checked out to be sure. I love her.
