The staff at KVMH are hospitable, friendly, engaging, kindhearted and respectful. They always made sure that I was informed of when I was going to get my next medication or i.v. As well as when my meals were delivered, as well as announcing themselves as they entered my room.
Facility was always kept clean and well maintained with love and care. Food was always tasty and flavorful.
Oh my gosh my whole experience was absolutely wonderful! I’m so happy to have chosen giving birth to my little one here! The whole staff is so friendly And knowledgeable! The amount of education from everyone was priceless. The care they gave in patient care was awesome. Accommodations and food was great-the stork meal was a perfect end that made me and bf feel like we were on a date in the hospital after the few days post birth. Big family vibe feeling. Highly recommend
The staff there is very courteous. The hospital staff are very professional. Have had surgery & other procedures there & it was always a great experience. Very clean & efficient staff. Radiology dept is amazing. They now have top notch equipment, the most modern. They are renovating department but you don’t really feel it in the way it’s managed. And like the people at lab department, always polite & efficient. Really quick service, no waiting!
The team at KVMH was great !! All nurses was very helpful and nice. Dr Johnson is amazing. My surgery felt like i was in and out and went well. Thank you all staff!!
The Nurses were awesome, No doctor saw me at anytime in my room. When I checked in all the Doctor said at the entrance door was well are you cold or hot. I had a 103. Plus fever and I was practically having a convulsions and that was the last I heard and saw of the doctor. I came out of my room to ask if he wanted a urine sample then it was taken. Given instructions and antibiotics by the nurses and that was it. I don't even know the doctors name. My family with me witnessed the I don't care attitude right at the start from the Doctor.
