2 weeks agoThe management treats the staff awful and without respect. The staff are not treated like human beings meanwhile it’s because of their hard work that this place is even half decent..

2 years agoAlly is extremely rude to the family member I have staying here. The way she talks down to them is quiet awful. She’s a minimum wage earner with a big ego from what I’m told ,and tries to run the place and do things her way.She needs to understand that we pay a premium to make sure our family is treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. I think it’s time for management to re-orientate her.If she’s only there for herself to then maybe consider working at the local McDonald’s instead.
