MedStar Health: Heart and Vascular at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital

Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Nieves. He took the time to thoroughly review my concerns, explain my test results, and answer all my questions in a clear and compassionate manner. His expertise and attention to detail gave me great confidence in my treatment plan. I truly appreciated their patient-centered approach and genuine concern for my well-being. The entire staff was professional, kind, and efficient, making the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend Dr. Nieves to anyone seeking exceptional cardiology care.

They were very helpful in our own at the same time. I do need the doctor to respond because I need to get blood work done before my test that would be very helpful if you do.

I would like to thank Dr. Margaret Stevenson and the cardiology team for the exceptional professional services and courtesies that were extended to me during my visit on August 26, 2024. From the time I entered and throughout my visit, I was treated with kindness, courtesy, patience and compassion. My day began with a warm greeting during check-in, followed by delightful conversation during vitals and then a caring, comprehensive consult with Dr. Stevenson. Even during check-out, once again this team showed care and concern in ensuring that I had all of my instructions. They took the time to really make me feel valued and I thank them individually and collectively. I appreciate everything that was done for me today.

The new PHC building at Georgetown Hospital is amazing. From parking to access to the cardiology center and back to my car and then driving out was a breeze. MUCH more efficient than having to park in a jammed garage and walk half a mile just to get to the elevators to see your doc. Good job Georgetown! I would be remiss if I also didn’t give a shoutout to the wonderful, friendly and caring staff in the cardiology center. They are all kind and courteous. Dr Valdiviezo was wonderful, smart and very helpful with all my needs. The entire experience today was one of the best I have ever had going to see a doc. Thank you all!

Excellent professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff from check in to in take, and to being with Dr Kaiser. I like Dr Kaiser very much. She is understanding, patient, detailed, a good listener, and explains everything well. Thank you all!
