I called in early October to schedule a dental appointment for a cleaning. I was informed that the schedule was fully booked and advised to call back during the week of the 21st, when the November bookings would reopen. When I called today, October 23rd, I was told that the November schedule is completely full and that the slots opened last week. This is quite frustrating, especially since I received incorrect information. I have been waiting since September for this cleaning, and now it seems I won’t be able to get an appointment until December. Unfortunately, I will be seeking a new dental office.

I truly want to like this place because the staff is nice and my visits have been good so far, but the organization as a whole is extremely disorganized. I have been trying to get some meds refilled for the better part of three weeks now, and no one has been able to help. I requested a refill through their portal, and a week went by with no response. My pharmacist requested a refill, and another week passed with nothing. I called multiple times and was told to call back in an hour to speak with the nurse team. Over the course of that week, no one answered the phone. This is insane. No one has the time to go back and forth with a clinic over medication refills. I can't imagine if I were older, less tech-savvy, or didn't speak English well—this place would not accommodate me. If these were lifesaving meds, I would be dead by now. Please get it together.

Mary’s Center is efficient and employs people who really care about their patients! I’ve had great experiences with all of the staff I’ve interacted with. I feel fortunate to have had Dr. Agarwal as a physician. She is caring and knowledgeable, and will engage you in the discussion about your care. I also saw Dr. Rao for OBGYN. I've never felt more heard/seen in a medical setting! Highly recommend these two doctors for quality care.

They leak your data to scammers. Or they employ scammers, or they're scammers, idk. Tried to make an appointment online, got a call back and a voice message with the number almost identical to the one listed on the website except one digit. I didn't notice it at first so got the "Congratulations! You won a walmart gift card." Scammers got my number from them, calling me regarding my appointment with the Mary's center, etc.Tried calling their correct number from the website, waited for some time, then complete silence. Someone picked up and decided to remain silent?I had an unpleasant experience last year too, where I went to do my annual checkup bloodwork, but ended up paying for something covered by my insurance due to their mistake (or intention?)Might have been targeted due to my name too, so be careful.

We’ve been patients of the Children’s clinic for years and have never had a bad experience. Scheduling is usually very easy and quick, at least the last 3 years, the website doesn’t work to make appointments (no on answered). Doctors are great, except Dr María Márquez has been our kids’ pediatrician since they were little at Georgetown Hospital and it is always impossible to get an appointment with her but we’ve liked the other pediatricians. Records management is great, they always respond and have efficiently given us out medical forms for school on a yearly basis. Overall, great experience.
