I called and spoke with Victoria to make arrangements for the rental of equipment for my son’s surgery. Steve came and set everything up for us the day before the surgery. He shared his own experiences and encouraging words during this difficult period. Steve continued to check in throughout the recovery time and came and removed the equipment at the end of the rental period. He was warm and positive and a pleasure to interact with during this time. Victoria and Steve worked with our schedules to make the drop off and pick up of equipment go smoothly.

Steve, Victoria, Obi and Tracy were professional, courteous, prompt, easy to talk to, accommodating and, most of all, empathetic to our personal situation. Their service was excellent and very refreshing at a time when Customer Service has taken a back seat in the commercial world. They followed up during the arduous process with encouraging and very applicable advice that helped us to endure the 10 days so much easier, along with very informative Post Face down advice and encouragement. I would highly recommend the services of Retina Recovery Inc. as this the kind of service that I hold dear as a past Sales/Customer Service employee. Steve is awesome! Since he has had retina repair, he is very knowledgeable about face-down positioning & how important it is to your recovery. Steve supplies all info on equipment from setting it, to what you will experience during your face-down time. Suggested videos on equipment to small meal ideas. You will not feel alone during your recovery Steve answers your questions and gives encouragement. Remember it can be overwhelming, keep an open mind, you can do it! When surgeon seen me 1 week post-op she could tell I had done the 90% face-down repositioning. I recommend the chair and bed. Steve is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable providing exceptional service, I recommend this family business. 5 stars!

My first interaction was with Victoria who was so helpful on the phone and assured me that the equipment would be delivered before the surgery. The emails Steve sent, almost daily, were very informative. And last but not least was Obi who delivered the equipment, showed us ways to make the whole experience more comfortable and did not rush us through anything. The equipment sure made everything so much easier for recovery. I would highly recommend Retina Recovery.
