Pathways Therapy

My mother had a stroke in 2020, they sent multiple random and very rough therapists. The service was inconsistent, they would show up late or not at all. My mother who passed away in December of that year was extremely distressed by the care recieved as was I (her son). Pathways then sent invoice after invoice. I disputed their payments, their administration, and their approach. If you care about elderly or infirm loved one I strongly recommend to stay away from this group. Their rates are expensive, their service is lacking and even though I have valid disputes with all of their service they simply try to send this to a collections agency I'm going to settle this account with the hope this review helps someone in a challenging situation in the future. Do not recommend.

Tania is a true professional! Her compassion and support during a very difficult period was invaluable to me. I would not have been able to get back on my feet without her. Thank you so very much for helping me and for the work that you do everyday!

Have been taking my dad here for physio. Stephany has been working with my dad to get his movement back to normal after he had a stroke. She is very good at her job.
