Today felt like a huge step in the right direction. From the greeting to the before and after interactions with everyone who works there, I was above impressed!! I felt heard, understood and unjudged leaving the office today, giving me a sense of relief that I had found the right place to get me where I need to be. I am grateful. I would 100% recommend anyone who is doubtful in their mental health journey to consider this practice!!!

Everyone who works at Journeys has been super nice and helpful. I love Nicole. She is very knowledgeable, and if she doesn't know something, she'll help figure it out. I like her energy and personality. I can tell she really wants to help you feel better.

I am incredilby impressed with Journeys. Every single person I came in contact with was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The office itself is cheery, fun and unique - you get a sense of the sincerity and care that the staff have about people and what they do. Two creative and informative billboards were set up in the waiting room including information on Men's Mental Health Month as well as Juneteenth. There was also one of my favorite movies "Up" playing in the waiting room. Dr. Nicole Brooker was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in advising me on the latest meds for AD/HD which I knew nothing about. Will absolutely be referring people to Jouneys.

Journeys was great, at first… Over the years their turnover, as well as internal and customer communication has become a major issue. They don’t communicate prerequisites for appointments and will schedule you for a remote when you needed to come in to get meds refilled. If you leave a message with after hours staff the office staff never gets it. Including appointment cancellations! They will charge you regardless. The worst part is them cancelling appointments especially when you run out of meds. It should be illegal to leave patients without their long term meds for more than a couple days in the very worst case scenario. The longest I waited is 7-8 days which is brutal without ADHD meds. I had an 11:15 remote appt this morning that took me weeks of rescheduling to attain. The app didn’t work, no text, the dr called at 1119, I missed it. (She left a message: you had an 1115 appt - call back if you want to reschedule) I called right back at 1120 - Voicemail. Called back at 1125 - The receptionist states she’s with another patient and will call you back soon. It’s been an hour. I’m done. I’ll take a journey elsewhere!
