I’ve had an exceptional experience with Compass Health Support! From the first interaction, their team was compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to helping me navigate my mental health journey. They provided personalized care and ensured I felt supported every step of the way. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to answer questions, making me feel confident and cared for. I highly recommend Compass Health to anyone seeking reliable and heartfelt mental healthcare services. They genuinely care about your well-being!

i went today for an emergency dental appointment due to an abscess. they found me an opening today to fit my work schedule, they took their time when i was there to be thorough and even got me a regular exam while i was there since i hadn't had one in so long. we made a plan and i was given referrals to surgeons and a plan to fix the remaining issues. i'm 38 and never had a dentist take the time to be through and do what was best for me vs what was quickest for them as most do. i can't say enough good things about the dental care.

The healthcare providers are wonderful but the desk help has been absolutely atrocious. Utterly uninterested and cold to patients. The lady at the desk told me I had "really bad debt" and needed to take care of my "bad debt" before she could help me.. I had an outstanding balance that I was happy to pay but she was extremely rude about it (all while never once looking me in the eye or showing discretion to who may overhear.) I'm sorry to say that this has been the experience each time I've interacted with front desk staff. Usually you see 7 or 8 people huddled around the front desk just talking and chatting. I feel like I'm interrupting their group time by looking for directions or asking a question. If I had an opportunity to get care somewhere else where staff treat you like a human I would go because you won't be treated like a person at Compass.

Nurse practitioner Theresa spikowski is amazing. She is compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients. She is a knowledgeable provider which can be seen in her medical decision making. She is always determined help. The nursing staff, phlebotomists, prior authorizations, and front desk staff are always incredible too. This office never seems to run behind or miss a beat. I am blessed to be a patient here.

All the new automated and technical things have made it harder on seniors who are not technically inclined. We prefer talking and dealing with a live person and not jumping through hoops to get appointments or help. Seriously thinking of changing doctors after being a patient since 2012!
