Cleveland Clinic Florida – Krupa Center

Out if the 45 minutes of therapy, they always run late about 10 minutes, then spend 15 minutes typing notes for previous patient, then 15 minutes working with you. It is a joke! There are better facilities who work with you to get you better.

Everyone at the Krupa Center from the receptionists to the PT staff are friendly and so knowledgeable and helpful in getting me back to where I used to be . Thank you all for your guidance and support !

Rushing to my appointment in the middle of the Workday, I arrived 20 min late to my dismay. I checked in at the front desk and let the admissions person know I was late and asked if I would need to reschedule. She checked me in and told me to head to the seating area and that someone would come out to speak with me. Over an hour of waiting and no one came. I went back to the front desk and let them know. One of the ladies walked to the back and let me know someone would be right with me. I was called in a few min later. Only to discover they mistakenly took me in instead of another patient with a similar name. I let the nurse know of the mistake and explained my situation. She asked me to wait and brought over a nurse supervisor and another tech. The technician said she spike to me already THAT WAS A FLAT OUT LIE! She wanted to avoid getting in trouble but I let her and her supervisor know, NO one spoke with me in the time I was waiting. No one apologized and instead was told I would need to reschedule. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not what I would expect from Cleveland Clinic. Just trying to get an appt there is impossible. Forget it if you have an urgent issue and the patient interaction is impersonal. Very Disappointing.

I’ve seen my PCP here for a few years. They are always late with their appointments. I moved to Fort Lauderdale a couple of years ago and decided to keep seeing the same PCP at Krupta. This last appointment was cancelled and I only found out after I was there. I rescheduled and now I am waiting over 1 hour from my appointment. No prior message, phone call, text. This is very disrespectful. I will be looking for a new PCP near me.

The biggest problem with the PCPs in Krupa center is once the your lab results come no one gets back to you if there is something wrong with your results and needs to be attended to. If you ask thru MyChart it takes 2-3 days before anyone responds. Mostly they want you make to an appointment just so the doc can go over the results with you in person. This is such a waste of time especially if everything is normal. It would be nice to know why I am coming back in other than please just make an appointment. Other PCPs I have had in the past would call and discuss lab results over the phone even if all was normal, refer me to specialist or ask me to make a follow up if needed. The worst was after I did my colonoscopy they kept bouncing me between the hospital and PCP and said the other party should get back to you on the results of the colonoscopy. It took me 3-4 weeks after procedure for me to get a response from my PCP thru my chart. So same is the situation with the hospital doctors. They keep telling you to book appointments so your results can be discussed, they don't care if it's anything serious or not that patient should know immediately. I am changing my PCP after a few incidents of such lack of follow up.
