Have a simple conversation with supervisors Roy (or president Doryce) to get a feel for the lack of maturity and instability present at this location. We also had the pleasure of having a therapist who was going through their own ‘transition’ during the treatment process with my child. While that didn’t bother me in itself, it’s his/her passive aggressive attitude and lack of accountability that was the problem. No one should feel like their therapists need therapy, let alone the administration as well. Therapists are supposed to know how to communicate in healthy ways and this is NOT the place to find highly trained individuals who prioritize your child’s needs. What I observed was that therapists who actually had amazing potential left this location as soon as they could. I would advise you to do the same. We are at a different office now and the level of care is exactly what it should be.
