This has got to be the absolute worst clinic. They really complicate things for patients. I hear everyone's stories and have experienced some myself. They give you take home bottles but if you mess up and ok for ex..I had 14 bottles so I accidentally left them in my Uber and they took them from me. I had to go from going every 14 days to every other day. They were empty at that. I could go on and on about stories. All the counselors are quitting because they don't pay enough for the crazy stuff that goes on. I had 3 counselors tell me that. I'm writing the governor's office about them and I hope others
will as well. They need to change
That said, I do appreciate we have a clinic and we do have some counseling who care but they just have a lot of issues I wish would change. Even helping addicts more. Especially the homeless who need help.
They never answer the phone! It’s so annoying! Left two messages last week and no return call. Professional people should return a call within 1-2 business days. Anything over 3 business days is ridiculous and unprofessional. Called every day last week, multiple times during the middle of the day, and get a generic and automated message about an evening receptionist not being available. Someone finally answered the phone today and immediately put me on hold. I’ve now been on hold now for over 45 minutes. Come on, treat people with the same respect and consideration you would like. We also have other things to do than to call you repeatedly. Returning a phone call is part of the job and it shouldn’t take an absurd amount of time.
This place is horrible at picking up their phone I had to callback nearly every day in order for someone to pick up and they don’t even email you back. And if you leave a voice mail they don’t even bother to call back. Literally a horrible office that doesn’t help the people
The ladys at the desk that were here before were so nice and helpful. This new lady literally NEVER answers the phone.. Please just fire her already Im tired of this.. Over the course of the past 2 or 3 months she has never answered the phone once!
