Emily is an incredible therapist! She works with you in both the general wellness sense, but also in specific stretching, mobilization and range for your specific activities and needs! I'm a fairly active person and she put together stretching and mobility exercises for me (which I should do more often of course) but it's greatly improved my athletics and also general activities. Highly recommend!
If your looking for a new RMT or your first, Emily is definitely the right choice. I have never met someone who loves doing what their doing as much as her.
